As more and more companies are coming to telecommunication sector,Bsnl is trying to provide its users more facility.Recently BSNL launched a new web portal for to increase interaction with users.
BSNL is providing easy way to apply for new broadband and land line connection and maintaining services for its old customers.Old customers can change broadband plan, change broadband password,check broadband usage , check and analysis bill and pay land line bills online with the help of BSNL web portal.
Now there is no need to go to BSNL office and fill the form to apply for new connection or change existing plan.Just go to BSNL Web Portal and register there a free account.Here are steps to register a free account in BSNL web portal (for existing users).
1) To register a new account North Indian user click selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in and rest of Indian user click selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in .On clicking a window will open like image given below.Click on "click here" to register a new account.
2)Enter the Customer Id and Click continue.Customer ID can be found on bill.Fill up hint question and answer which will be used if you forgot your password.Enter your desired User name and your email(should be already created).Password will be sent to email address.Check the box of terms and conditions.Click on Submit.
3)Check your email (entered at the time of registration) for password.Log in using User name and Password

a) Check your Bill and Pay online.
b) Detailed bill (with call detail)
c) Change Broadband Plan and Change Password for your existing broadband connection.
d) Check your Broadband Usage.
e)Apply for new land line connection and broadband connection.
