Sathya Sai Baba is a popular Indian Spiritual Guru with a huge number of followers in India as well as in rest of the world.Sathya Sai Baba and his organizations support a variety of free educational institutions, hospitals, and other charitable works in India and abroad.Sathya Sai Baba has claimed to be the reincarnation of the Sai Baba of Shirdi.He is also a good singer and poet.Sathya Sai Baba died on 24 April 2011 at 7:40 AM .He was 86 years old. His body is shifted to his ashram and will be kept there for two days.Lets have a look at life of Sathya Sai Baba:-
Birth and Childhood of Sathya Sai Baba

Sathya Sai Baba was born in Puttaparthi, a small village of Andhra Pardesh India, on November 23, 1926.His childhood name was Sathyanarayana Raju.He was born to mother Eswaramma and father Peddavenkama Raju Ratnakaram.He showed exemplary qualities of compassion, generosity, and wisdom, which clearly distinguished him from the other children of his village.

First Miracle Of Sathya Sai Baba

Sai Baba Started showing miracles from his childhood.On 8 March 1940, he was stung bu a scorpion.He lost his consciousness.After this incidence there were many changes in his behaviour.He began to laugh,weep and sometime starts singing Sanskrit verses, a language of which he had no prior knowledge.

On 23 May 1940, Sathya called household members and materialized sugar candy and other items.This was another miracle of Sathya Sai Baba.After this incident He proclaimed himself to be a reincarnation of Sai Baba of Shirdi.He declared that he had no worldly relationship with anyone and began to travel to Madras and elsewhere in South India.

First temple of Sathya Sai Baba was built in 1944.Construction of current temple was started at 1948 and completed in 1950.

Controversey Sathya Sai Baba

Miracles of Sathya Sai Baba provides fame as well as controversies.Sathya Sai Baba used to produce holy ash (vibuthi) and small objects such as rings, necklaces and watches with his miracles.

Many people in the world challanged Sathya Sai Baba to do these miracles in controlled conditions but he (Sathya Sai Baba) refused to miracles under controlled conditions.Justifying himself Sathya Sai Baba said "Science must confine its inquiry only to things belonging to the human senses, while spiritualism transcends the senses. If you want to understand the nature of spiritual power you can do so only through the path of spirituality and not science. What science has been able to unravel is merely a fraction of the cosmic phenomena"

A number of videos were uploaded on YouTube and other video sites which claimed Sathya Sai Baba'a Miracle as fraud.In reply to these videos Sathya Sai Baba said, "These teachings (the Vedas) are highly sacred. Today people are ready to believe all that they see on television and Internet but do not repose their faith in the Vedic declarations. Internet is like a waste paper basket. Follow the 'innernet,' not the Internet.

Present Life Of Sathya Sai Baba

From 2005, Sathya Sai Baba started using a wheelchair for his public appearances.In 2006 he suffered a fractured hip when a student standing on an iron stool slipped, and both boy and stool fell on Sathya Sai Baba.

Due to respiration-related problems Satya Sai Baba is admitted to the super-specialty hospital at Prashantigram ,Puttaparthi on March 28, 2011.Since than he is on ventilator and his condition is going worst.His heartbeat, blood pressure are decreasing and medicines are not helping.

His followers from all over the world are praying for his good health.
